MANZANILLO
Manzanillo is the city and seat for the Municipality of Manzanillo in the state of Colima. The Port of Manzanillo is the busiest in Mexico, and responsible for handling Pacific cargo for Mexico City and surrounding areas. Beyond that industrial economic base, it has also been dubbed "The Sailfish Capital of the World" and offers many attractive amenities for tourism.

Though several miles from shopping and restaurants, Vida del Mar has on property amenities including three swimming pools, acres of green space, and is walking distance from the beautiful beaches of Santiago Bay. In addition to socializing with neighbors, our residents enjoy healthy active lifestyles with kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, and golfing at nearby courses. In accordance with Mexican law, smoking is prohibited in all common areas, including the pools.
Vida is served by a fresh water system that is safe for drinking and cooking. Our staff is headed by a General Manager, with full-time office, gardening, maintenance, and housekeeping employees. Security services protect the property and residents 24 hours a day.
